  • Ready-to-ship jewelry is typically processed and dispatched within 3 working days.
  • Pre-order pieces require 7-10 working days for production and shipment.

Please note that pre-order purchases cannot be canceled once placed. Each piece is crafted especially for you, and our automated systems begin production as soon as payment is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Ashna Mehta piece as much as we loved creating it. If, however, you wish to make a change, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for the value of your original purchase.

  • Refunds are not available, but your store credit will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Returns for exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are complimentary, up to a maximum of three per order.

Returned jewelry must be in new, unused condition, accompanied by all original packaging, including pouches, authenticity cards, and the sales invoice. Pieces that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.Please note that the reimbursement of duties, taxes, or handling fees depends on the policies of your local customs authority.* As each bespoke, engraved, embossed, or otherwise personalized piece is made exclusively for you, these creations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
