Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Ashna Mehta piece as much as we loved creating it. If, however, you wish to make a change, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for the value of your original purchase.

  • Refunds are not available, but your store credit will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Returns for exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are complimentary, up to a maximum of three per order.

Returned jewelry must be in new, unused condition, accompanied by all original packaging, including pouches, authenticity cards, and the sales invoice.
